Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat-rate shipping for standard delivery and expedited shipping options at an additional cost.

 

Delivery Estimates:

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout based on the selected shipping method. Please note that these are only estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

 

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States of America.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

Delayed or Lost Shipments:

Apex Custom Works is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If your order was lost during transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Apex Custom Works is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Change of Delivery Address:

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your address before completing the purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Apex Custom Works. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Return of Product:

You may return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

 

Return of Services:

For services rendered, please contact our customer service within 14 days from the completion of the service if you are not satisfied. We will work with you to address any concerns and find a suitable solution.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

Refunds on Products:

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Refunds on Services:

For service-related refunds, we will discuss and determine an appropriate refund method based on the nature and extent of the service provided.

 

Exchanges:

If your product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as custom inquiries (not listed directly on our website), are non-refundable.

 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
